How you qualify
- Two ways to qualify. Meet either requirement to earn the highest eligible tier.
- A single settled top-up. Smaller payments cannot be combined. Cashback and bonuses do not count toward the threshold.
- Different charging days. Each day counts once, across all stations, within the last 365 days.
How cashback works
Cashback is added to your wallet after an eligible charging payment. You pay the full charging bill; cashback is separate from charging credit.
Examples use the base rate. Applicable offer terms determine the amount credited.
How charging credit works
Charging credit is a repayable line, separate from your wallet balance and cashback. Your next top-up repays outstanding credit first; the remaining amount becomes available wallet cash.
New credit is unavailable while credit principal remains outstanding.
